ARE THE ITEMS IN MY BASKET AUTOMATICALLY RESERVED FOR ME
No, the fact that you have an item on your basket does not guarantee its reservation or availability. There are items in high demand that may be sold out before completing the purchase, despite being available when you added them to your cart.

If you want to cancel your order please contact us at info@valanstore.com and as long as it has not been sent we will cancel it.

WHICH PAYMENT FORMS DO WE OFFER?

The payment methods we offer are Credit Card (VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard) and PayPal.

WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD REJECTED?

The information we request to complete the payment must match the information in your card. We ask you to fill out the payment form carefully, since a simple typographical error can result in the rejection of the operation. The credit limit may also have been exceeded or the card may be expired. If you have any questions related to you card, please check with your bank.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs and delivery time vary depending on the country your package has to be delivered. You can see the shipping costs of your order once you introduce your complete address on the checkout.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DEADLINE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

You have 15 days since you placed your order to make any exchange or return.

WHICH ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS?

– Do not exceed the maximum deadline of 15 days since you placed your order.

– The garment must be in the same conditions, without signs of use and with its original labeling.

– We don’t accept returns or exchanges of the customized garments.

FOR EUROPEAN ORDERS: HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

All packages contain a return label. If you want to return the item you purchased please read the following instructions from DHL:

  1. LABEL. You will find the return label inside your package.
  2. PAGACKING. Pack your shipment securely, remove the old label (must not be visible) and atach the new shipment to the box.
  3. PERFORM RETURN. Get close to the nearest DHL pick-up point and leave your shipment there to get to the sender. Locate the nearest point here.
  4. PROOF. Whenever you make a return from a DHL ServicePoint you will receive proof of delivery.

Once we hace received and verified the garments, we will proceed to refund them. Please send the garment you want to return in its original package, to ensure that the item arrives in perfect conditions.

The client will be responsible for the packaging and protection of the product. Products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received will not be refunded.

Once we hace received and verified the garments, we will proceed to refund them. Please send the garment you want to return in its original package, to ensure that the item arrives in perfect conditions.

The client will be responsible for the packaging and protection of the product. Products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received will not be refunded.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RETURN AT MY BANK?

You will receive your refund through the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 15-30 days, depending on your bank conditions.

HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?

To make a product change, you must return the product following the instructions detailed in the section “How can I return my order?” and then make a new purchase of the product you want.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFFECTIVE PRODUCT?

In case of receiving a defective product, please send us an email at info@valanstore.com with images of the deffective garment and return the order in the same conditions it was sent following the instructions detailed in the section “How can I return my order?”.

Once we have received and verified the product, we will contact you to manage the replacement, refund or price reduction.

In any of the above cases, the derived expenses will be assumed by Valan SCP (up to 15€).
